Starting a Teamviewer Session
Teamviewer is a remote desktop application that gives me access to your computer while allowing you to still maintain full control and watch what I am doing.
To get started, download this file:
http://teamviewer.com/download/version_5x/TeamViewer_Setup.exe
PLEASE do not download any other version of Teamviewer. I can only do assistance with Teamviewer 5.
Once on your PC, run it (no need to install it) and it will supply a session ID and a password
Send those two items to snipersoftwareltd@gmail.com
Once I receive those items, I will then be able to help you with your AMR issues
