Article Marketing Robot

Feature request: Set a specific time of day for all scheduled submissions to run.

I use my laptop alot during the day and sometimes AMR will start running a scheduled submission
and begin using my cpu and connection resources.

It would be convenient if we could schedule all pending article submissions to start at say midnight every
night so the scheduled submissions would run when the computer/internet connection are off peak
and not in use.
