is it possible to come up with something to auto remove bad sites from list...
so if a site returns a bad code, then it would be automatically removed from
the list on refresh as this will keep our lists clean...or lets say a site comes
back bad x times, and it would be auto removed from the list...

Right-click the sites your don't like and select blacklist.

so we got to do this one by one?

would be more efficient if it was automated.

You can multi-highlight sites and it will do them all. Sort by quick result, the click the first QR you dislike then find the last QR you dislike and shift-click it.
