I introduced this feature as a way to help reduce CPU load when submitting highly spun out articles.
Basically, if you have Spin on Submit checked in Tools - Options, AMR will spin the article as it submits to the directory.
If you are having higher than desirable CPU usage, then you can uncheck Spin on Submit, but you then need to pre-spin your article.
You do this by editting your article and hitting the Spin button.
Let the article spin out x amount of times (default is 100) using AMR specified file format.
From that point, you can submit as normal, but instead AMR is grabbing the pre-spun article from your hard disk.
If you have 100 articles, then AMR will submit article 1 through 100 to directory 1 through 100, then restart back at 1 for the next hundred directories.
