I am indexed in minutes.

I launched a blog a week ago.

There are 3 searches I will be going for.

After my first article run last night, I checked for sh!ts n giggles.

They are slightly competitive, with each keyword getting around 4,000 exact matches a month an combined as a phrase they get 590.

I just typed in my domain, which is a competitive niche.

It was on page 16.

This morning I did another blast with 192 accepted submissions and it's on page one when I type in the domain words.

I don't expect to rank this fast for the my main targets, but I didn't expect it to show this fast.

The search I did shows 4,000,000 results, so that's pretty cool ;)

When you say "it's on page one when I type in the domain words." what exactly are you typing into the google search bar?

Are you typing in
Code:
 http://yourdomainname.com
? or yourdomainname.com?

Also are you logged into your google account, if you look in the top right hand corner is your name up there?

If your trying to check your rankings.. over and over again using Google they will eventually start to tailor your search results to what you are searching for. You need to use a site that hides your IP/Cookies/Proxy.. 3 sites I use..

Code:
http://www.pagewash.com/
https://hidemyass.com/
http://usestealth.com/

Use these and then type in your search words to make sure you are actually ranked where you think. If Google learns you go to a site often it will eventually move it up the rankings on your computer

the best way to check your ranking is to use google tool
Code:
https://adwords.google.com/d/AdPreview/?__u=1000000000&__c=1000000000

the results are diffrent depending your location. By example I'm living in europe when search a keyword for US market it shows me on first page but if I use the tool I'm on second

This is why I was asking if he was signed into a google account, if you're signed in google is going to put anything that is related to you at the top of your searches.

That's why so many of the so called gurus looks so good when they showed an indexing method of theirs where a post they created was indexed in 'seconds'. If you look at the top right of the SERP page they were on and saw that they were logged in, you knew their method was just plain old bs.

Also it sounded as if he's typing in his domain and not the keyword. I could be wrong but that's what I got from reading "I just typed in my domain, which is a competitive niche." and this "This morning I did another blast with 192 accepted submissions and it's on page one when I type in the domain words."

If you type in your domain name it's going to come up in the top of the searches. You should be typing in the keyword you're trying to rank for, not your domain name.
