It's really complicated to manage the article directory list. I wish there were an easier way to search out, identify and delete non working directories. There needs to be a guide to what the quick results mean and how to determine by that if a directory is a lost cause. This is the biggest challenge to me, getting a good, reliable directory list.

Where is the like button!

I'm with you! I have been trying to figure out which of my 'log in failed' directories actually failed log in - or are dead. I just had about 90 that I painstakingly found - that said that the log in failed - so I sent and did a "forgot password" - got new passwords (for some reason there was a glitch when AMR signed up to these sites and the passwords didn't match when confirmations came through?).

Anyway - so now these are legit directories - that I logged into manually with new password. So - I went and submitted article to them - got a 'Success!' note - but when I refreshed the site list - they still showed up under 'failed'. I can't get them to change (clicked on 'submitted" - no joy, they're 'green ok' - but still say log-in failed). So now I can't tell how many of my directories are really duds - out of the log in failed group for instance - and how many are actually working....

Thanks for seconding my request. I spent the day scraping URLS of directories yesterday. I checked some directories where the log in failed and I was able to manually log in okay. I hope the programmer will take a look at our request, because successful submissions are the whole point of AMR. Lots of "unknown" too. What does "unknown" mean and what should I do with them?

I don't know the unknown answer. Several of them, I've been able to manually log into - using the log in information from AMR.... so I don't know why they aren't submitting :-(

I find that I can manually log in to a lot that fail. But it is just too much work to manually log in. I hope we get some clarification soon.

I agree - it does take too much time :-)

In AMR, by default, the login is using User Name.

I notice some of the site login is using email address. That may be one of the problem.

Then how do we tell AMR to use whatever the article directory is asking for...either username or email address? Doesn't AMR already do this?
