First, download the latest installer here (don't install until after you backup your database):

How to back up your database

1) Navigate to the following folder:

(Vista / 7)
- On your computer Navigate to c:\users\YOURUSERNAME\appdata\roaming\articlemarketingrobot
(* note sometimes the AppData folder is hidden and can be made visible in control panel, folder options, view, show hidden files and folders)

(XP)
- On your computer Navigate to c:\documents and settings\users\YOURUSERNAME\application data\articlemarketingrobot

(All OS)
- Once inside the the appdata folder, locate the ArticleMarketingRobot.mdb file and copy it. Paste it some place portable, like a USB key.

2) Copy the database to a folder anywhere on your new PC, preferably your desktop.

Now, run the new installer.

Once you have AMR installed, run it - it should just load your database as is, but if not, go file - manage database, and browse to the folder where you put your AMR database.
