I would love to see an easier way to pull live links.
The issue is you have to pull them sometime after you schedule all your submits (and they complete). If you do them all at once, it is fairly easy, just run a live links afterwards, but a few weeks or a month down the road this may be different by quite a bit. Having to go through each and every article and pulling live links (repeatedly) becomes a lot of work and confusing. The other issue is you have to compare the old list and the new list and find out what has changed. I personally like to submit these links to two different indexing systems, so the live links is important to me. It is something I have to remember to do after the time has passed, I have to remember to do it multiple times, once to get the initial auto approved into my indexing network, another to get the slower approves picked up. When you have multiple account groups and multiple articles this becomes very confusing and time consuming.
I am not exactly sure the best way to do it myself, but I know it involves scheduling to some degree. You would select author & article and schedule when it checks (preferably repeatedly) and is an option to setup automatically after each project (part of the submit window).
Ideally, these links get throw into a text file or even ftp site where it can be picked up by automated tools to be submitted automatically. I would ultimately like to find a way to automate this process a bit more so it can be more hands off, but also it can pull this information more consistently and timely.
